Our firm, AICHI, Takahashi, Iwakura & Associates was founded in 1987 at first as Takahashi Patent Office. From its inception in 1987 to the present, our motto has consistently been “Creation of intellectual property for nurturing a dream”. We believe that intellectual property will nurture our client’s dream and that our service should support his dream to be realized through the intellectual property. Keeping in mind this belief, we have provided the highest possible expertise to our clients in every aspect of IP law.
Intellectual property should not end in a mere right that would be obtained just for the purpose of obtention and thus might be unused. Intellectual property should be rights of high value that bring benefits to the clients’ business, we believe. It is our inflexible principle even in the social environment which is changing at a rapid pace.
What is more, we are engaged in an increasing number of consulting services concerning claim interpretation and dispute resolution on intellectual properties in the domestic and global markets, consultation for businesses to support their intra-corporate intellectual property activities, and so on.
